1. Introduction
Fluxo Casa / Home Flow provides an app for shared household organization. This policy describes the data used by app features and how to contact us about privacy.
2. Information used
When you create an account, the service stores your name, email and authentication data, such as a password hash or Google or Apple sign-in identifiers. It also records language, notification and subscription preferences.
Depending on the features used, you and family members provide tasks, events, lists, expenses, household care, pet information and documents. Device notification tokens are used to send alerts when enabled.
3. Use of data
This data supports authentication, family data synchronization, shared responsibilities, notifications and plan access checks. AI features process submitted information to generate suggestions for you to review.
4. Storage
Account data and shared records are stored on the service’s servers. Your device also holds settings and local data needed for operation. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or server records.
5. Sharing
Shared family information is available to members according to app permissions. Technical services, such as authentication, notifications, file storage and AI, may process data to provide the features you use.
6. User requests
Contact support to request information, data correction or deletion, or help with privacy preferences. Disabling notifications or removing the app is not the same as deleting your account.
7. Security
The service uses authentication, access controls and password hashes. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.
8. Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we identify a child’s data without verified parental consent, we will take steps to remove it.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
