By downloading, accessing or using Fluxo Casa, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Fluxo Casa for personal, non-commercial household organization, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which the App was downloaded.
3. User Responsibilities
When using Fluxo Casa, you agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
- Keep your device and access to your account secure.
- Not misuse, reverse engineer or interfere with the App.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions (Premium). Prices, billing, renewals and cancellations are managed by the applicable app store and are subject to that platform’s terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
Fluxo Casa, including its design, brand, content and software, belongs to Fluxo Casa / Home Flow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxo Casa / Home Flow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these terms are violated or if necessary for operational, legal or security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
